Nationwide, approximately 8 million Americans suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This mental health condition can be triggered by experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event or experience, and PTSD impacts thousands of veterans of all generations. In recognition of this condition, June has been named PTSD Awareness Month.
