Located in the historic city of Clarksburg, this state-of-the-art, 120,000-square-foot facility is a beacon of care for our veterans. Since its opening in 2008, it has stood as a testament to our commitment to providing the highest level of assistance and comfort to those who have sacrificed so much for our freedoms.
We are currently seeking dedicated RNs, LPNs, and Health Service Workers (CNAs) to join our team. Appointment Incentives* include:
- $2,567.50 for Health Service Workers (CNA)
- $3,514.00 for Licensed Practical Nurses
- $5,347.50 for Nurse 3
*A one-year contract is required to be eligible for these incentives.

The facility is designed with the comfort and care of our veterans in mind, featuring both private and semi-private rooms, including a specialized 20-bed unit for residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementia. Our innovative facility is equipped with the latest medical technology and design, ensuring we can offer a comprehensive range of care. With 24/7 nursing availability, on-call physicians, an in-house pharmacy, and direct access to the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, we are fully prepared to meet the complex needs of our residents. Security and safety are paramount, with continuous monitoring both inside and outside the facility, ensuring peace of mind for both our residents and their families.
Our amenities are tailored to enhance the living experience of our residents, with features like full-function hospital beds, a nurse-call system, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and more. The facility also boasts therapeutic and recreational spaces, including whirlpool walk-in tubs, an exercise room, and a therapy room. Our robust recreation department and chaplaincy services ensure that residents enjoy a holistic approach to care, addressing both physical and spiritual needs.
